These Terms & Conditions apply to every interaction you have with akadda — account registration, deposits via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, wagering activity, withdrawal requests and any correspondence with our support team. Access to akadda and participation in any activity on our platform depends entirely on

Data Storage

Your personal details — name, contact information, payment history — are stored on encrypted servers. We retain this data only for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

akadda uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages are visited most. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing account access.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling it under your account settings. If you suspect unauthorised access, use the emergency lock feature on the login page to freeze your account instantly.

Data Retention

Transaction records, chat logs and withdrawal requests are kept for a minimum period defined by the regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. You can request a copy of your data at any time by contacting our support team via email.

Amendment Notices

We publish all Terms & Conditions amendments on the platform's notice board at least 7 days before they come into force, except where a change is required immediately by law. The effective date appears at the top of the updated document.

Requesting Changes

If you wish to update your personal information, correct a data error or request account closure under these terms, email our data team with your account ID and the specific change you need. We complete verified requests within 5 working days.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account on akadda, regardless of whether they deposit. Browsing the logged-in account area also constitutes acceptance of these terms where local law permits access to our platform.

We will always post a notice at least 7 days before a planned change takes effect. In cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulator direction, we apply the change and inform you as quickly as possible thereafter.

Submit a written dispute via email with your account ID, the date of the decision and the specific clause you believe was not followed. We log every dispute and aim to issue a resolution letter within 5 working days of receiving your complete submission.

Transaction records and identity verification documents are retained for the period required under applicable law. All other personal data — preferences, marketing consents, chat logs — is deleted within 30 days of your account closure request being confirmed.

Yes. Every deposit and withdrawal made through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe is subject to these Terms & Conditions. The payment processor's own terms also apply in parallel; we are not responsible for delays caused by the processor's own systems.
